When you visit with us...

Our service is found in the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) found on the shelf of the chair in front of you. Our Hymns are found in the red hymnal and our songs are located in the white binder. If this is your first time attending an Episcopal service, we invite you to relax, do not worry about all the books, but enjoy the presence of God.

All baptized persons are invited to receive Holy Communion. Communion is received in two kinds, the bread and the wine, or the bread alone. If you place your hands together, right over left with your palms facing up, the priest will place the bread on the palm of your hand. When the chalice bearer comes to you with the wine, either guide the chalice to your lips or hold out the bread. The chalice bearer will dip it in the wine and put it in your mouth. Gluten free wafers are available.

Your children are always welcome at any service. During the 10:30 AM service, our children's nursery offers an experienced staff who provide loving care for your infant, toddler and/or preschooler. We also have Sunday school for school aged children, during the months of September through May. The Sunday school is located in Room 6 in the Edsall Education Building, the next building to your right as you exit the church. The Nursery is located in the Edsall Education Building in Room 9.
